1. Information we collect

1.1 Basic Google account information

When you sign in with your Google account and grant consent, Google provides us with basic account information, typically your Google account email address, your name (if available) and a unique account identifier. We use it only to identify your sign-in session.

1.2 AdSense reporting data

After you grant consent, we retrieve reporting data for your AdSense account through the Google AdSense Management API. This may include impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), revenue per thousand impressions (RPM), cost per click (CPC) and estimated earnings.

1.3 Access tokens

To retrieve reports on an ongoing basis, we store the OAuth access token and refresh token issued by Google. Tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used only to call Google APIs on your behalf.

1.4 Technical and log information

To keep the service secure and stable, we record necessary access logs such as request time, IP address, browser type and error reports. This information is not used for advertising.

2. Limited use of Google user data

Our access to and use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

2.1 Google APIs Terms of Service and AI NCII

zwjapp complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service. In particular, the Application does not use Google APIs to create, generate, train, promote or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), sexually explicit material, or deceptive synthetic media. The Application generates no AI media of any kind: it only displays numeric reporting data that already exists in your own AdSense account.

2.2 No advertising or resale

Google user data obtained through OAuth authorization is never sold, licensed, shared with advertisers or data brokers, or used to target advertising. The Application displays no third-party ads.

3. How we use information

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service providers (sub-processors)

The only parties that may process data on our behalf are the infrastructure providers listed below. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions and never for its own purposes.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, session-recording tools or data brokers. If the list of providers changes, we will update this section.

5. Data storage and security

We apply technical and organizational measures consistent with common industry practice, including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted token storage, least-privilege access control and log auditing. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention and deletion

6.1 How deletion works

  1. Email [email protected] with the Google account address you used, or revoke access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. We invalidate and delete the stored OAuth tokens, so the Application can no longer call Google APIs.
  3. We purge cached report data and any records tied to your account identifier, and confirm completion by email, normally within 30 days.
  4. Residual server logs are overwritten by routine rotation within 90 days and are not used for any other purpose in the meantime.

7. Your choices and rights

Reminder: the AdSense Program Policies require you not to disclose your specific AdSense earnings or click-through data publicly. The Application displays such data only within your own session.

7.1 Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) your consent, given through the Google OAuth consent screen, for retrieving and displaying your AdSense data; (b) performance of a contract, for providing the reporting features you requested; and (c) our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse and diagnosing faults. You may withdraw consent at any time by revoking access.

7.2 International data transfers

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and we require our providers to apply comparable protection.

7.3 Rights for California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of their personal information by emailing [email protected]; we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies or local storage to maintain your sign-in session and save your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and do not integrate third-party ad tracking. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's privacy

The Application is intended for AdSense publishers using it for business purposes and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete that data promptly.

10. Third-party links and services

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services such as Google. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you through the Application or by email. Continued use of the Application means you accept the updated policy.
