Terms of Service
Welcome to zwjapp (the "Application", operated by Gamezoner). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Application. By using the Application you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. Description of the service
The Application is an AdSense reporting and statistics tool. After you authorize it with your Google account, it retrieves reporting data from your AdSense account through the Google AdSense Management API in read-only mode and displays it as charts and tables to help you track revenue performance.
The Application does not provide financial, tax or investment advice. Report data is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
2. Account and Google authorization
- You must sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under it.
- The Application requests the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adsense.readonly, which grants read-only access.
- You may revoke authorization at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
- You confirm that you have lawful administrative rights over the AdSense account you authorize.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access another person's account without authorization, or use the Application with any AdSense account you are not authorized to manage;
- reverse engineer, scrape, attack or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Application;
- circumvent any technical restriction, rate limit or security mechanism;
- use the Application for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
- publicly disclose your specific AdSense earnings or click-through data, which is restricted by the AdSense Program Policies.
If you breach the above, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Application immediately.
4. Google data and API compliance
You understand and agree that our use of Google user data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide the features described in these terms, and not for advertising, resale or model training.
AdSense data you obtain through the Application remains subject to the Google AdSense Program Policies, and you are responsible for complying with the confidentiality requirements in those policies.
4.1 Prohibited AI NCII use
You must not use the Application, or any data obtained through it, in connection with creating, generating, training, promoting or distributing AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), sexually explicit content, or deceptive synthetic media. The Application itself produces no AI-generated media; it only renders the numeric reporting data already present in your AdSense account.
5. Intellectual property
The code, interface design, text and trademarks of the Application are owned by Gamezoner or the respective rights holders. AdSense data you view through the Application belongs to you or to Google. You may not copy, modify, distribute the Application or create derivative works from it without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty regarding:
- the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness of the reporting data;
- uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the service;
- the continued availability of Google APIs, whose changes, rate limits or discontinuation are outside our control.
Revenue figures in AdSense reports are generally estimates and may differ from final settled amounts. The official Google AdSense dashboard is the authoritative source.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamezoner and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Application, changes to Google APIs, authorization failures or data delays. Our aggregate liability does not exceed the fees you paid for the Application in the 12 months before the event, or, where the Application is free, the minimum amount permitted by law.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
We may suspend, modify or terminate part or all of the service for maintenance, upgrades, changes to Google API policies or security reasons, and will notify you in advance where feasible. You may also stop using the Application and revoke authorization at any time. After termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
9. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect once posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you in the Application or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before the competent people's court at the location of Gamezoner.
